We decided to call the fence factory that boasts how long they have been in service from their canpages ad. we should not have found them in this imitation directory. we should have used yellowpages. Knowing what we wanted exactly as we had done our homework we requested some information.
We were rudely interrupted by a girl who would not identify herself and told us "WE DONT DO QUOTES OVER THE PHONE"! I tried to explain that Im shopping for 4 homes and know exactly what we want. She told me I need to write her by email to request this!? than proceeded to hang up. At first we thought maybe it was a phone connection. SO we called back, and she said
If you dont have time to write me how do you have time to harrass me for this by phone!! Talk about nerve~~~~!! what a way to run a business or treate someone. Must be one of the owners kids... who knows... heres a company thats been around for 3 decades than some kid runs it into the ground...
I explained that we needed some help but if you want to leave us with the wrong impression, the great thing about online is that I will post my experience with this call. GO AHEAD! She says than hangs up.
I would avoid doing business with these people. Here we are trying to patronise them..and all this... imagine if you had a fence installed by them and needed some service. A nightmare to deal with. Rude unhelpful and abraisive to be polite.
