Absolute nightmare to deal with. There real nice on the phone promise you the world tell you how careful they are. Than these two men show up with a half ass cube van like someone you would find at a flea market. Really I could care less, but they damaged and dropped our furniture. We called we emailed they kept telling us..oh dont worry our adjuster who works nights will be calling you. His name is Harry... weeks go by months no one shows up.
They ruined thousand of dollars of our furniture and in our opinion should be avoided at all costs. Look in the yellowpages for a real mover ask for references and do an internet search. We decided to post this to warn people. These people are not credible and didnt nothing for us. Granted they took are money and did show up on time but never the less damaged our property and had NO follow up and were just a nightmare to expect any service from. AVOID CANAMERICAN VANLINES IN NORTHYORK AT ALL COSTS. PAY MORE AND GET REAL SERVICE, YOUR FURNITURE AND FAMILY DESERVES THAT. MOVING is stressful enough but when a company like this touts how great they are damages your property and than promises to follow up and does nothing and I mean nothing. Well you get the idea. We got ripped off and will never use this company again.
