Response to Dwayne Lock's report...
First off my last name is spelt "Hendrix" and I filed this report "the Whole Truth" nothing less...
Yes my husband is a police officer and works for the state of Alaska, which has nothing to do with this story beside my husband setting the facts straight for you!!!
When he first called you on Friday April 22nd, you told him the truck left an hour ago with our stuff (your first lie to him, but your second to me)...
After week after week and lie after lie of you saying our stuff was on it's way but you didn't know where the driver was nor the truck with my things... he said "well then at this point it would be considered "Stolen" which would in fact make this a "Criminal offence" not "Civil" if my things are no were to be found...
Once I called the RCMP and they followed up with a phone call to you, YOU then admitted that in fact you did know where my things were & that they were still sitting in a warehouse in storage at "Access Storage" because you didn't want to face a criminal charge... My husband did not abuse his authority at all, he just faced you with the facts about that law!!!
That's when you called me back & promised to ship my stuff May 24th with a $ 500.00 cheque for my troubles... which of course was another lie...
Then when the truck never showed up we called the RCMP -you told the Cst to tell Mr. Hendrix to come get his F***** stuff himself...
I called you and then made arrangements to fly down on June 13th to meet with you to get a cheque (FROM YOU) and to arrange to meet with you on the 14th to pick up my things from the Storage facility... when I arrived you nor Joe were anywhere to be found... that was real nice, when you knew I was flying down all the way from Alaska just to meet with you!!!
Re: Not giving out personal information... The first time I realized I was dealing with Shady people with this company, was on Monday April 25th when I could already tell you had contradicted your stories... first off when the truck was suppose to leave on April 20th (wed) -I called you the next day (thurs) and you said that the driver had a family emergency and you said the truck won't leave until Friday, then My husband called you that Friday and spoke to you for the first time and you told him the truck left and hour ago... Then when I called you on Monday you told me the truck left on Wednesday and argued with me cause you forgot your own lie... that's when I asked who the owner was and you said (Joe) and I asked well doesn't Joe have a last name and you said "Well I don't give out personal information" -hello your running a company!!! We didn't hire JOE we hired Student Pro Movers who should have a owner who can take complaints... but when I asked to speak with him you said "He's not in" and I asked well can you have him call me and that's when you got pissed off and hung up on me... again (real nice & real professional)...
Dwayne you made the situation what is was "A nightmare" instead of just telling the truth from the get go all we go were lies from you... I don't know how you can sleep at night, it's no wonder you can't keep up with your own lies...
As for my furniture, YES it was damaged!!! My large couch was sliced underneath and my loveseat sectional was torn underneath... maybe if you had met with me when I came down you would have seen for yourself... but you didn't so how can you tell me that my stuff was not damaged...
I have pictures (before & after)... I have proof!!!
As for you not having a truck -that's only because it was seized at the Blaine WA boarder... for drugs!!!
If you didn't know we have a group of SPM customer's who all share their stories and information...
Some of these people hired you back in the beginning of the year, long before your truck was ever seized and they STILL don't have their stuff...
Also what's the point of breaking up a delivery?? Why would some of these clients only recieve on quater of thier goods and you have 4 other people's things on one truck??? Rather than just making one delievery or two oppose to 4 to 5 trips??? That doesn't make any sense especially with the gas prices these days... So how are these people suppose to get their stuff if you decide to let the company fold? What happens now...
Not to mention you still have copy's of all your customer's paper work..
i.e (Our visa's to get in the country, our birth certificates, our driver's liscence's etc etc)
Dwayne you have my address on file -Please courier mail my paperwork back to me, as I don't authorize you to keep my "Personal Info"... as you don't like yours given out either!!
As for Joe (Guiseppe Bugge) being kidnapped -yes I heard of this story, and in the paper it was related to "a drug trade"...
When you came to my house back in March you told me you run the show!!! Even the convenient store that Joe bought for his girlfriend downtown (Burrard Convenient Store) so why is it that you could not make sure that all the people were taken care of or to make arrangements for them to get their things... why would you leave them in the dark... not knowing where their things were nor even telling them what happened... all they got was a voicemail that said full -then a line that said it was disconnected...
It doesn't matter what kind of business you run -you have a responsibiliy once you accept thier money and their property they trusted you with...
The way this was all handled "is not acceptable"...
There is no mis conceptions, just a lot of un-happy customers who trusted you with their life belongings and you & Joe did this to them... how unbelievable that there are people like you who exist...
From your number one -very unhappy customer!!!
