I hope this help people who consider this company for moving. The ad say's professional service professional people. In may 2007 when I moved out of my house.
I hired the stress free moving company. They had done some moving for me in 2006 with my business.
The first time I hired them was to move a very heavy bench. The second time they I was relocating my business.
However they did some damage to the new floor.
The movers just brushed me off. I should have known better then to hire them a third time. They are reasonable with prices. However if ever you decide to hire this company. Make sure you have your senses about you. When I moved out of my home in May 2007. It was hard for me after being in the same place for 14 years.
While they were moving my stuff, packing it into the truck. They made comments about me in regards to the
way I had things packed. Also one of the mover kept asking me personal questions about the massage tables I had. As I watched them wrap up my furniture. I did not realize that I would never see my expensive oriental style coffee table again. All my belongings were packed and placed in a storage. I did not notice the table missing until September 2007. This is when I found a place to move into. After removing all my thing from the storage. I could not find my coffee table. When i asked friends and family that were with me on the day stress free moving packed my things. Had I given it away and did not remember? No, I had packed it in the storage.
I did try and contact the owner of the company "John".
He said it was so long ago. There is nothing he can do for me. If ever you hire this company keep a close eye and a list of all your items. I guess it was easy for the workers in this company to take advantage of my moveing situation. I did not pay attention when they were packing my stuff in the storage. Also my state of mind was not the best. It was not a stress free moving. Next time I hire any moving company I will make a list and number my items. I will stand by the truck and check of my list as they pack and unpack my belongings. Good luck with a pleasant stress free move.
