Does not return money for merchandise

I purchased about USD 6, 000 worth of cookware items from this company but they haven't been shipping them nor refunding for months.

It seems Caplanduval did not honored their contract with their supplier and had been shipping overseas (to me) where they should have not. Because of this, their supplier finally stopped supplying them items for my last payment.
I had no idea about Caplanduvals contract with their supplier until then.

Although my contact, Jeff, promised me for refundment, I have not yet confirmed it.

Yesterday, they have closed their shop at ebay and today their online shop https://www.caplanduval.com/.
