They refuse to accept my headboard return. Avoid, junky furniture!

I ordered a headboard from Cymax which looked much better online. When I received it it turned out to be complete junk! The construction and materials were very poorly made, it had a "tinny" feeling to it. I could have made something better by using aluminum foil wrapped around a piece of cardboard!

I returned the headboard to the address listed on the shipping box within 2 weeks of receiving it. It was received by their company within the 30 day return period. I didnt hear anything for a couple of weeks after shipping it back.

I did receive a snotty email from their company complaining about my shipping the headboard back to their store instead of their warehouse. It also stated that they did not receive it within the 30 day period. They did receive it within that time but because I shipped it to the store instead of the warehouse it took longer. The email states they will DESTROY the headboard if I do not pay to have it picked up.

This company is to be avoided. They have a very strict return policy that they hide behind because they know they sell junk. I paid $350.00 initially and $125.00 to ship it back that is now wasted.
