FIVE attempts to deliver product fails even though they promise "Premium Delivery Service". Any other promises

After buying a mattress and headboard at Mattress Mart in Belleville, our mattress came delivered 2 weeks later, - without the headboard. It was on backorder and was to come in at some point but no one knew exactly when.

It did arrive at the store at a later date and in total, we tried and made ourselves available for four other attempts to have it delivered without success due to the staff being so unorganized. I called the store on numerous occasions to air my frustrations and eventually demanded the headboard be delivered on a specific date and time as it was promised by one employee that she would personally deliver it and set it up once it came in.

I wrote to the Sales Manager, JOANNE CREIGHTON, about our dismay and that we simply wanted a refund. Her reply was very unprofessional and rude... but it was obvious that she had given up as well and could not rely on her staff to have a product delivered in a timely fashion. The Mattress Mart pamphlet even has JOANNE CREIGHTON quoted as saying, "You can count on us to do all we can to ensure that you are more than satisified with the product, delivery and service." I think that's wishful thinking on JOANNE CREIGHTON'S part and should perhaps revamp her pamphlet.

Mattress Mart was a definite mistake...
