I purchase three Hampton Bay ceiling fans at a cost of almost 1 thousand dollars. They are all in the same room. The fan blade arm fractured on one, sending the blade flying almost hitting my wife.
Hampton Bay said the parts are no longer available. I bought them 1 1/2 years ago! What kind of garbage is this? What happened to the ten year clause to always have parts available.
It says life time warranty!!! Model involved "Berlinini" Model 403 652. I will never buy another thing at Home Depot. Lowes is more professional in their dealings with brand names to choose from. I learned my lesson, don't buy garbage. I should contact my lawyer and sue for my cost in replacing all three fans.
