I purchased this power washer (pw1600h-CA) from Home depot last November. I've never used it because that was winter time. I just took it out of the box couple weeks ago and there was no power. I even cannot find the RESET buttom their user guid said. There was no phone number in the user guid and I must use Internet to chat with them online. I have been told that this product only in warrenty 3 months, except the motor (one year). They ask me to send it to them by UPS, which the pre-paid UPS label will send to me by regular mail. If they found there are nothing wrong with the motor, I have to pay them full for the repair 2 delivery.
I am angry about that since who knows what the problem is. The motor does not start, but I do not know the problem is exactly in the motor or the connection or something else. How ask me to pay for it if they decide it is not in the motor itself. I searched online and found lots people have the same problem. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT, BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICE!!
