I thought I was purchasing a dvd burner program, my credit card has been charged and the link that was provided to me does not work. I have tried numerous times to contact support or billing in Corona, Calif but with no luck. The charge description is for download protection, whatever the hell that is, it is not what I wanted to purchase. These people are scamming!!!
