Sent back my shoes by UPS which according to their tracking was received by GLOBO shoes and still no refund processed. Tried to phone customer service and no way of speaking to someone. Tried the chat on their website and still no form of asking about your refund. I have zero ways of finding out if my shoes were received and when my refund will be processed. Clearly a bunch of crooks.
