I have tried to complain. I have also brought it to her attention over and over. But she does not care so I am at a loss what else to do!
On 3 (three) different trips now she has shorted me. I got 20 (twenty) dollars gas and a pack of smokes first trip. Handed her a 50 bill and received 5 (five) dollars and change. Not even thinking she would rip me off and also thinking there was a ten or more wrapped in the five. Got home and nope. Five dollars 75cents was what she give me. Forgetting about it a week later found myself in falcon ridge, sure enough!! filled my tank came to $51.35 handed her 3 twenties got back five bucks no change. Thinking my wife got paid the right amount I pulled away drove home and sure enough. Week later my wife pulled in for a fill up threw the change in her purse again it was ($52.)even wife give the same girl $60 came home the girl gave her a five no change. Now I understand it is only a few dollars here and there. But What really upsets me is I tried being nice about it understanding she was new!! But when I brought it to her attention she just flirted with me and giggled it off. I mentioned it to another guy there and he said she was new and they were having issues with her. So question is why the hell keep her there if she is ripping off the customers. Cheap gas means nothing if I have to loose what I would save in the end. I will not go back there until I know they have gotten rid of her. I am thinking they need to be more selective on whom they are hiring as of late. My question is were do we complain if no one is listening?

Above is the post I have posted to all gas threads, I am unsure were to complain about this matter at this point. As well I will not allow my employee's to fill up there anymore. I know getting my money back is not in the questions but would like this matter dealt with.
