I have been trying to get an answer from the dealership I bought a new vehicle from. I am a first time buyer and a women. When I brought my Jeep home and went to install the soft top there was no windows included. I had to call and acall and argue to even get acknowledged. I was passed to various people and no one ever called back. I finally got in touch with the GM and he told me someone would get back to me and no one did until a week later I called again.
this is months after not getting any responses. The finace person told me I did have my windows and that I was wrong. The other case I was asserting at the time of trying to get my windows back was the discrepancy between two differing reciepts. There are major errors on the first reciept and the second receipt they sent was not signed by anyone and had extra money added in the insurance section. Also I had put a deposit on in November to hold the vehicle and that depost wasnot accounted for in the reciept of deducation of costs. Again the finance manager has been avoiding me and telling me I am wrong.
The GM finally cleared up the window situation after 2 months of arguing and no apology from the finance guy who suggested I was lying. Now I continue to deal with this guy who think I am lying and is avoiding clearing the situation. I never want to buy another vehicle from those guys again becasue of the situation and arrogant treatment.
I have all reciepts and there are obvious errors and holes.
Ever since I was a child I dreamed of working hard to eventually buy a new Jeep and now all I have is headaches. Everytime I step into my Jeep I get angry and stressed because my first purchase was suposed to be a good thing but they have turned it into a nightmare.
