On more than one occasion the following has happened to me. The only response I've received from QwikWash-America has been in the form of excuses after repeated attempts to make contact with a branch manager. In addition, I have submitted an e-mail to their web address which has gone un-answered. It is quite obvious they do not give a damn about the customer... and in this case a repeat customer.

1) Upon coming in for a "full service" oil change, the LAZY attendants refuse to perform all the services I'm paying for. For example: Checking tire pressure, radiator fluid levels and protecting temp, filling washer fluids, etc. Every time I've ordered this service, I've had to remind them to perform these services. In addition, I've had to make it a habit to baby-sit them in the bay. This doesn't work either. I still have to remind them. THIS IS NOT ONLY PLAIN LAZY, BUT IS A CLEAR ATTEMPT AT THEFT. YOU'RE STEALING MY MONEY IF I DO NOT GET WHAT I PAY FOR. (Estimated times this has happened=5 / complaints to management about the situation=3)

2) Going along with the above complaint: On several occasions they've tried to sell me new brake fluid and a system flush... WITHOUT CHECKING MY BRAKE FLUID TO BEGING WITH!!! It's clear these morons work on commission!! If they would have checked the fluid (during one particular visit)... they'd realize it had been changed not 2 days prior to my visit! (Estimated times this has happened=5/ complaints to management about the situation=3)

3) Upon ordering the "McGuire's" upgrade to their "Stars & Stripes Special", I have YET TO GET THE MCGUIRES WITHOUT HAVING TO REMIND THEM AT THE EXTERIOR BAY!!! Each time, they try the old "BAIT AND SWITCH" by placing their "blue coral" crap on my car! EVERY TIME I HAVE HAD TO SHOW THEM THE TICKET AND FORCE THEM TO USE MCGUIRES! This is very easy to tell... one is pink and the other GOLD!!! Happened=5/ complaints to management about the situation=5)

4) On two different occasions I've been waved through the interior cleaning to go on my way! Well, I would if they had even waxed my car yet! Instead, they threw the ticket in the trash where I had to go retrieve it and show them I had a wax still to be preformed!! Once again... a failed attempt at theft!

5) Most recently, I drove a rental vehicle into their attendant area to purchase a 5.00 wash. IT WAS A RENTAL VECHICLE... I WAS DOING THIS OUT OF KINDNESS. I told the attendant I wanted ONLY the BASIC 5.00 wash. INSTEAD, he handed me a ticket for 16.00 that included an extra 10.00 for "mud"! I just drove off and called the manager later who (after 5 attempts of reaching him) wanted me to waste more of my time to come in and have the problem fixed!

FIXED?? YOU'VE HAD NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO "FIX" THE PROBLEM!!! THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER FREQUENT YOUR STORE AND IN ADDITION I WILL NOT ONLY POST THIS ON MY OWN WEBSITE... BUT FORWARD THIS COMPLAINT TO EVERY CONSUMER GROUP I KNOW. I'VE BEEN A REGULAR AND FORGIVING CUSTOMER... BUT YOU JUST DON'T GET IT!
