My Husband use to work for Darren Foley. We were all really good friends. We rented a house from them on HWY 7 in Rockwood. Things were great. Then we moved, He ripped off so many people I hated being home alone for so many people would show up looking for thier parts or money at MY house.
When we moved the shop got shut down and we told Darren that the shop would not be opening at our new farm. This all happened in September. Then all of a sudden in OCTOBER 2 checks were cashed by Darren Foley at money mart in guelph. I called him freaking out. These checks were stolen from me. Possibly left in the old truck that we used of his.
After talking to him he must have rushed back to money mart after figuring out that the money had come out of my bank account and cashed a THIRD check. The 3 checks totaled in the amout of almost $8000!!!
I run a non profit animal rescue. All the money in my account is money that I have come up with. I do not recieve money from any government agency or anyone else.
How can anyone steal from a rescue shelter???
that was our deworming, vaccination, feed and emergency fund that he stole from. What a great guy.
Some one really needs to do something to stop this guy. I tried to talk to my bank, and there is basically nothing that i can do.
