Okay on September 23, 2008 My father received a check from a company by the name of Edmond R. Soulie stating he was the winner of one of those online sweepstakes and here was a check for 4900 and he would receive another check for an additonal 95100 once he cashed this check and paid the applicable taxes. Now we have all heard of these people are sending out these checks and trying to get people to cash them, but did you know these checks are being stole from hard working people like yourself. I would like to warn people about these checks comeing out of Canada these people are scam artist and they are trying to get your account number and steal your checks to we have to put a stop to these people as soon as possible.
