Economy Lube - Put more expensive oil in without consulting me, but no problem charging me extra without even mentioning what they did (had to ask). They left my car door ajar and unlocked on a busy corner all afternoon (dome light on, battery running down). AND the best part, those bastards ruined my oil pan by not putting the plug in correctly (didn't thread it right and forced it. Next oil change (elsewhere) I needed to have my oil pan redrilled. I went back and complained, they didn't care. Manager was a jerk. Never get an oil change here.
