Unbeliveable bad customer service... I took my car to the Canadian Tire in Bolton for a rattling sound, they charge be $83.00 to determine what the problem was. I was called later in the night to advise me of the cost to fix, and I agreed based on the cost that I was quoted. Next day I went to pick up my car the cost was $798.00. I told them that it was not the amount I agreed to. The rep told me that it can be resolvd easily because they tape all conversation and if proven that I was correct then I would get the repair for free. 15 minutes later they call me back to say they stop taping conversations years ago and anyway it does not matter. The repair was done and I have to pay or lese they will sell the car to get their money. I called the Customer Relations Department and they we helpful enough to tell me the same thing... the repair was done so you had to pay. I called the General Manager of the store and he heard my name and said, listen, we repaired your car so your only choice is to pay or we sell the car. I had no choice but to pay. I often shop at Canadian Tire but this experience is absolutely the worst. I will not enter that store again.By the way... it still rattles
