I have been unable to cancel my deposit with unitravel that was made on December 7th and advised I wanted to reverse the charge during the call but was told they couldnt. I was told to contact via an 800 number to cancell and I have been unable to get an answer at 188-541-7198 the number that was provided and when I wanted to cancell the charge on my Visa during the call or had any response from their "Contact Us"on their site. I have MS and I had a I had a flare up attack during the call. I told them I have MS during the call but made mistake of giving my Visa info when I got confused with the advise that I had won a trip to Disney Florida. I wasn't advised that Disney was not booking my trip and didn't realize that I was dealing with a travel club. Thank you for your assistance
