Is this a scam

I too was contacted by this company, They also told me they did not have any BBB complaints against them

the lady told me there was a big demand for my Dodge van and I would not need to spend the $229 us or money back garuantee because it would be sold in a week so I paid the $129.95 us

This was Oct 30/09 and she said I would receive an email so I could log on etc. email never came,

Tuesday I phoned and was put on hold for 30 min guess they thought I would hang up which I did then phoned back got through and she said they had spelled my email wrong which she rectified and told me email was sent again, wednesday night still nothing

so now I am thinking scam, then I listened to the first contact message and the phone number came up unlisted which for a company like this was strange

So finally I phoned my credit card company and they reversed the charge

in Canada I don't know about the states they take this very seriously we have to phone them if we leave country so they can monitor charges on your card

I will see what happens
