Job cheating for Netherland

My wife applied in 2006 for Netherland Nursing job. And we paid around 4 lakhs Indian Rupees to Thailand, Bankok, Siam Commercial Bank, a/c holder MR. Kanjiram Rasamijan. as per GEC's Instruction. they told 158 working days finish formalities, after 3 years we apply for refund. then they asking more money for refund. until now they not give anything.

And I know some more people send money to them and they cheated all of us. If anyone can help us please let me know.
