Supervisor giving me a hard time

There is a new person at this store and i feel like he has been giving me a hard time i didn't get to talk to management after he fired after i complained to him personally about the feel he has been treating me kenneth has been staring at me and i told him i don't like it when people just stand there and watch me and 2nd off i didn't feel it was approitate for him to make a rude comment and laugh at me after i complained my finger was numb after i 3rd degree burnt it and when confronted about it he denied it asked me what he said no appoligee and fired also i had spent my own money to get to store on time because i missed bus and thats the thanks i get for showing up every day on time and i also had a cold which was affecting my hearing and i tried to explain to him about it and the person above him didn't speak to me after so i could not complain about him giving me a hard time and that i felt like he had picked me out and just wanted to pick on me
