They charge $29 a month in over-the-limit fees and an outrageous amount of annual interest and they expect me to try to keep up with payments. Well... I got discouraged...Ì wasn't working for quite some time and what's the use in making a small payment when it doesn't even make a dent in bringing my balance down... the fees and charges and interest and whatever else they can tag on sucks it all up. Well... all that to say... they have put me in collection.
If only they would have kept an open mind when I tried calling them (on more than one occasion I may add) to see if some arrangement could be made to either freeze the fees so that I could bring my balance owing down or just do something to help me, they just don't want to hear it... I just gave up... another thing is the unacceptable hours they would call me, don't call me in the evenings... period!
I wish I would have never gotten their credit card!
