Overcharging

I was online and checking some emails and this item vivid white smile struck my attention so w/ my curiosity i was the comments of people who used it and was engross to try and look it's cheaper they say compare to the one in the market..without further ado i order for the item and happy to received it but to my dismay i was checking my credit card was shocked to see that this company overcharged me with 95 in my credit... too much and i wanna return this product but where no return address and no phone number... this is SCAM
