I am furious with this company! I have never even heard of "Google Treasure Chest" until it showed up on my visa card one day. I have 3 charges still on my visa that haven't been credited back. I've called in and cancelled a file that I didn't even set up! This is ridiculous!! They tell me to wait 10 days for the credit to come in. I called in and cancelled on June 11th, 2009. I think that's more than enough time to credit someone back for the charges you have wrongfully submitted. They don't even ask for security questions. They just ask for questions anyone could know, and your in! This is a horrible company and anyone associated with it should be ashamed of themselves! If I get another charge onto my account you bet I'll be talking this into action!
