Ridiculous NO HELP ROBOT like support at My Payment Vault

I tried using a virtual Visa prepaid card administered by My Payment Vault 3 times this afternoon with an online purchase & all payment attempts with this newly received card failed. The business kept telling me to check with the bank concerned for this prepaid credit card.

I went through a lot to create an account with My Payment Vault & found no records/card usage history whatsoever that indicated any issues or payment decline.

I got this absolutely useless, all robotic like named "Catalina" online support chat at My Payment Vault.

Despite how many times with how much details I kept telling this robot about the 10-15 times I was checking/verifying to ensure all card info was correct, that the payment receiving business told me multiple times to check with the card issuer, etc., this silly & even quite ridiculous robot "Catalina" still kept telling me over & over to make sure I use the correct card info, that there was no issue about this card, I should check with the payment rejecting merchant involved or use the card with another merchant, & so on.

I ended this purely time-wasting 20 minute+ online chat with "Thanks you for your NO HELP, NO SUPPORT!"
