Extortion, Threats, Abuse, Harassment, False Credit Reporting
This company operates on the premise of Extortion and Harrassment. They will call your office, they will relay your private information to 3rd parties, they will threaten you.
To this date, I have never come across a company that shows no regard for collection standards and lawful princples.
Someone needs to take further action against this company and put them out of business.
Concerning a Credit Card debt. ARC bought my debt at 0.10 on the dollar from the bank. Issued a collection noticed for the full amount plus and additional 50% in additional interest charges.
Upon my dispute, they contacted my employers, family members at work to further there threats in what they call fair collection tactics.
They have placed threats on my property and my family's assets. They have even gone far enough to contact my employer.
I hope more people come forward so that we can move together with strenght to put an end to these terrorists.
