Ripoff by promising credit cards fraudulent ripoff business

Was contacted by phone, and promised two credit cards for one time fee of $199.00. Souned very legit, gave personal i d number and customer service phone, which, when you call is always busy or you get recording. They never call back.

Money was extracted from my account 7/31/02, to date have not received cards or a return call. Am contacting Tennessee Insurance and Banking Commission and police.
