They pretended that they were the acual loan company and they don't even have a heart! I told them I want my money back and informed that I need to buy pampers for my baby. Informed them that I didn't even buy pampers and milk yet for the baby and that's what I need the money for and also informed them that I am a single parent and have nobody else to turn to for more money!
They are heartless and very cruel! I told them I have to get some food for my boys and they never felt nothing! When I told them I have a lawyer and I will take legal actions they cut off their phones, fax number and stopped writing back with their email.
They had a man named (apparently as we could all tell now they're all fake names) Christopher and never even gave a last name saying he was in the "Finance Dept". and even had him be the "Customer Service Dept" at the same time taking messages.
They informed me that they have to return my money "By cheque in the mail" I told them that "It's crazy how a big company wanting money for security deposits is not big enough to return the money by direct deposit and by western union how you people wanted me to send the money to your company"!
I informed them leaving a voice mail because after a while they put me on voice mail that My sister and I have the documents with us for sending them the money by western union and I do have a lawyer! Since I don't live close by a western union (they said that it's the fastest way to send it by western union to process the loan faster) I found it odd that a loaning company wanted us to send them money by western union let alone let us send some money for security deposit! So I sent the money of $535.00 to my sister and she sent it for me through a western union!!! Believe me they said it is $535.00 for security deposit for a $10, 000.00 loan!! I was and still am very upset that this happened to me and I should know better and if there is a next time I'll delete them and ignore their calls! And report them RIGHT AWAY!! I had to pay some bills that were due and now I am behind some more in paying them espcially my rent and phone bills. Alot of others too. I hope these evil people get caught and put away for a long time!!!
