I would like to report inadequate behavior going on within ARC. First off the people whom are calling are rude, arrogant, ignorant, unprofessional and like to harrass people that are disabled with mental and physical disorders. I AM ONE OF THEM!
I have spent all my life suffering from a prolonged condition called SPINAL STEINOSIS (dwarfism), I also suffer from Chronic Depression and Anxiety. I have learned that creditors cannot force an individual on Ontario Disability to pay an amount that is being compared to something else that I am paying monthly.
ARC, is basically sticking a gun to my head and saying pay this or else... This is totally un-called for, I pay them monthly what I can afford, and have done so with my other student debt. I have never ever had anything like this happen to me with my Ontario Student Loan. At the same token I am also repaying my ODSP due to overpayment.
And when someone from ARC, tells me I cannot have a computer, that's when it's gone a little too far!!!
This company (ARC) has gone too far, and has psychologically abused the wrong person.
