Received a letter stating that I won a Shoppers Sweepstakes that was held June 5, 2008 in the 2 category.
My claim number is DH/SUL-0011 and has been assigned to North America Claims Affiliate. Enclosed is a check of $4890.00 US Dollars. The sole purpose of this check is for payment of applicable Government Taxes on my big winnings. The tax amount is $2890.00 US Dollars to be paid by either MONEYGRAM or WESTERN UNION.
