Thomas Menas who lives in both Shelby Township, Michigan in the U.S.A. and St. Thomas Ontario in Canada is a thief and stole 25, 000.00 from me. He claims he can fund transactions and days before they close asks for money to complete the transaction (admin. fee). He basically says whatever is necessary to get the money from you. He brags how he is a former football player in the U.S. and former CFL coach in Ontario, Canada.
