It's the same rippoff artist Thomas Mena who has scamed thousands of dollars from hard working people to further his own wealth. He promises you the everything, then delivers on nothing. He says he has investors that will invest in your dream, but when it comes down to the last minute, all of a sudden the yhave backed out. leaving you holding the bag. However, he already has your money and refuse to return it based on his lies and fradulent activities. This man has already been found guilty in Federal Court for the same scam, but he contiues to play the game. Now, he is operating out of Canada with his wife Karen. The projects he states that he has been involved in are all lies, I have checked the out, not one person at the business's he gave me has heard of him or been involved in thier financing of thier projects.
Beware DO NOT go into business with him, he will take you for as much money as he can, then say it was your fault.
