I got a call from the telemarketing company called Select Management Solutions. It's a company that sells financial freedom through debt reduction.
They offered me a reduced credit card rate on ALL my credit cards. Said I qualified because I paid my payment 18 months in a row and they are working on behalf of many banks.
I told them this seemed odd and the number they gave me to call was 1-800-962-7974. After research, I am suspicious.

Select Management Solutions is calling Hoosiers offering debt consolidation and the lowering of credit card interest; but after paying a $695 up-front fee, consumers claim they don't receive any of the promised services. An Indiana consumer had the same problem. The Chicago address is a UPS drop box. One company rep told a BBB staff member that the address in Chicago is a call center. Another rep said there were several Chicago locations. A third rep stated that there are no Chicago locations, and that the company operates out of Florida. Guess what. The Florida address is also a drop box. Thanks to the Chicago BBB for their investigation.
Not to be confused with the legit SMSfinancial. It seems they are causing confusion:
