ARC Ripoff Do they Listen???

When i asked them for a certified copy or orignal of papers... Bill Baker replied... not a chance... Bill Baker called me back another time and asked for me by a wrong name... i said you have the wrong person... i explained you are asking for the wrong person... he said... your fing lying to me and I hung up... he called back again i told him not to call again... he continued to call and i said "do you have a hard time understanding english .. i told you numerous times before not to call this number any more"... he continued to call and still calls to this day seven months after i told him not to call... after a few attemps at them serving me because they dont know who I am... I recieved from the court a warrent for my arrest... now it is before the courts
