Over the last few years this company has been calling me almost daily. I am not the one to whom the calls are directed. They are always infomed that the person (who will be refered to in this by the name "Doe") who they wish to speak to is "NEVER" at my location to recive their calls (the reason is that Doe is working at the time of the calls and OUT NOT HERE!!! arrggHHHH!)
Doe was paying them a large sum of money every month, however the harrassing calls continued. Doe has requested from them a statement of how much they have recived. After a 3 month wait Doe recived a paper all that stated the very same amount Doe had owed in the begining.
Smelling a stink Doe then asked again for some account of money's recived to date and still the reponse was the same. How can Doe owe the same ammount after paying for 2 years? Doe has decided that there will be NO more funds for them. The straw that broke the camels back was 2 week ago I contacted them, told them that if they were to Ever call again without Doe reciving the documents reqested, I will take lagal Action. Yesterday I recived a "Blocked Number" call It was Mr, Richard Caron, (I know who it is by the voice he has been the one calling me over these years). As true to my Nature I infom that Doe is not here and whom is calling. BUT!!! This time Mr, Richard Caron informed me that is was my "worst Nightmare" then he hangs up.
Alarmed by this call. I dial the ARC# 1-888-256-7415 I ask for the manager's name and if I could speak them. I was informed that the person I needed to be speaking with, a MR, Rea was in a meeting. I then gave my name and number for which I was to be contacted and was assured that I would be getting a call from him. I did not!
This morning I called the same number and after a wonderful run around I was able to speak with MR Rea. He infomed me that Doe had to place in writing our requests.
He did not want to deal with the obseen phone call made by his employee, He hung up on me after it was clear that I wanted to speak about that matter. Are they serious? they can call us and ask to do all that business over the phone and yet they squirm at any question givin to them.
I call back and was informed that my "call was being recorded" and with great Glee I then again stated my complaint and was hung up on. I call back again and am told that I will be charged if I call again. Well that does not help. I now have made a police report and am in the action of filing a suite against MR, Rea. Mr, Caron and MR Joe Polard President&General Manager (contact#{604}-606-2500)
I implore any who have had issue's with this group Please contact your Local Better Business Bureau, Post in here, File suite against them. Don't Let them Have anymore FUNDS.
