Dominion Finanical said i was approved for an unsecured mastercard with a 5000.00 limit even told me if its a real credit card offer you do not pay fees other then your normal intrest rates. But he will need my checking account info for future billing reasons, so I gave it to him.
The next day I decided to call the number I had 18667851789 to find out mor info found out it was a debit card and I had to pay 179.00 to get it. I said no I do not want it. He said call back the following monday to cancel.
I called back on monday they said I could cancel and nothing would be deducted from my checking account. Nov 29 2004 279.00 was deducted from my checking account. I called dominion. I told them what happened he said no refunds. I said I canceled he said I said no refunds!
I asked to speak to a supervisor he said there is no supervisor. I asked why I cannot speak to a supervisor he said are you stupid I said no! yelling at me. Then i said again i want a supervisor he said no you stupid b%_. Hung up on me. I called back I said get me the supervisor he said call back in 2 hours.
I called back a woman answered I told her could I speak to a supervisor she said their is no supervisor. Can I help you? I told her what happened she said no refunds. I told her i canceled she said no you didn't. I said yes I did. She said you just told me you forgot to cancel I said no I did not say any thing like that at all. She hung up. I called back a recording came on said they are closed. So now I know I'm out more then 279.00 and I have learned you can not trust any one. Thanks.
