First Capital Consumers group/gaurdian fraudulent ripoff business

On july 16 they took 219.00 my account. On july 11th I called the number on my caller Id and actaully talked to someone. I told her not to take the money out. I was conviently told it would be tooken care of. My account went negative and naturally I paid my other bills without thinking anything of it. My account was assesed a total of one hundred dollars in fees in addition to the 219.00...

I left numerous messages, no reply... I have a 2 yr old son and barely enough money to get by (let alone waste). So maybe by me posting this someone can help me.
