Ripoff fraudulant rude Toronto and Buffalo New York

I was contacted by First Capital on July 5, 2002. They offered me an unsecured MasterCard with a credit limit of $2000, 9.8% interest rate and $500 cash transfers. All this for a membership fee of $199.00. After listening to them and deciding NOT to take their offer I politely declined saying I was all set at this time. The hung up on me. I preceded to check them out online when I found this site. I called them back and asked them if they had checked themselves out on the web. I was informed that they had lawsuits against all that say they are fraudulant and my phone number would be traced. I was also told I was "up shits creek without a paddle". Needless to say they are extremely unproffesional and plain rude. I have since called and gotten the same street address for both their Toronto Ontario and Buffalo NY offices. I was also given 2 different numbers, one for their Ontario office and one for their customer service. I wasn't a victim but reading this site their seems to be many people that have been. I am writing this in hopes that there won't be anymore and that they hopefully will be "up shits creek without a paddle" soon. MoniqueManchester, New Hampshire
