Who ever gave you people the right to charge my account for items not authorized?
Be advised that if there is not a satisfactory solution, the RCMP have been informed and there will be serious consequences. While you are putting this item right you can also cancel my account from further transactions as what I thought was a good relationship has become very uncomfortable.
