Over a year ago I mistakenly requested the purchase of a computer game from this company. I believed it was one game only but to my dismay, discovered the following month this was an ongoing charge. I have sent numerous e-mail messages (seems to be the only way to communicate with these people) requesting cancellation of this subscription and have never used anything they've offered since that first game. This month I find a new charge on my credit card that is now listed as 12 month's minimum instead of Oberon Media. They have never replied to any of my messages and I don't know where to go next. I do not wish this company to benefit from me any longer. Paying for nothing for over a year has at least caused me to read the fine print much more closely but enough is enough. Thank you for any assistance you can give in this matter.
