Complaint / review / scam report
I am from Northern Ireland and have just been caught out by the e. verbright scam. I replied to their advertisement regarding a free sample to get teeth whitened. I paid my money for the postal charge but only received 1 item and not the 2 which was needed. I forgot all about this as my granny took very ill and unfortunately died. I have just received my credit card bill from "Tesco Mastercard and noticed 3 seperate payments that I did not authorise.One payment was £59.89, 2nd for £16.63 and the last one is £155.36 which all comes to £231.88. I immediately contacted Tescos on fraudulent claims which the lady explained that because I orginally purchased the "free sample" and did not read fully their advertisement I have no comeback. I am really angry as I am disabled and have now lost over £200 for a service that I did not receive. If you can help me regarding this matter so that I can get my money refunded I would be extremely grateful. Thanks
