I was given a user number & password to access a cash kit for "a loan that never needs to be repaid". They said the mail in kit was no longer available as it was online. I have tried everything I can think of to access the online info and nothing works. They now have my Visa number and I have no application. The pages give the impression this is a Federal Government Program!
