Too many calls and early morning on weekends

Icor Canada call at least 4 times a day from 1 866 801 1526 and on weekends they start calling since 7:30 in the morning. When we ask why they are calling they refuse to inform what is the purpose of the call. My phone is registered in the NO CALL LIST, but they keep on calling. Please do something it is very annoying they call all the time.
