I live on the other side of the world (Indonesia) and have been cleansing regularly for the past 15 years. I Saw advertising on TV for Evercleanse and it looked very promising
I phoned to order the platinum package ($225.89US) to have delivered to Canada at my sister's place) and was promised the following:
5-day delivery guaranteed, no cross-border charges, 30 day money back guarantee
The package never arrived until I left. My sister later (1month) told me that she had received the product but had to pay over $100 in border fees. I am now back in Canada after 10 months and found out that 2 of the 6 products needed for the cleanse were missing from the shipment. After phoning customer service, I found out that these two ingredients are essential (accelerator and fiber supplement) to do the cleanse. Not only are they not willing to ship me the missing ingredients but they are unwilling to help me in any way. They however offer to sell me both at $39.95 ea if I want to. I asked what the ingredients were to see if I could get them elsewhere and the supervisor of the customer service department did not even know what the ingredients were nor did he have any of the product specs or was he interested in finding out the information for me.
This is probably the worst customer service I have had. Had I known this, I would never have ordered anytihng from them and would recommend not ordering anything from them. I would highly recommend doing the "clean me out program" from Arise and shine. It is excellent but the products are difficult to obtain outside the US.
