Charges not refunded

I ordered a free sample of diet Max. Later that week I received a call trying to sell a Bottle for $90.00. I told him I would try the free sample first to see if I wanted to purchase more. Even though, I was charged the 90 dollars. Did not even receive the bottle and when I phoned they said they would reemburse me, which they did not and now I can't even get a hold of them. The phone numbers I have don't work.
