I ordered the 15 day free trial. It didn't come for at least two weeks. In their agreement under fine print they do indicate that they will bill my credit card 69.98 after the 15 days. That is under the fine print. They indicate that I ordered the Dri* Power Tea with my original order, but I specifically remember taking the check mark off, so I got billed 34.98 for that. I went to their website and specifically sent a couple of e-mails, however, they never responded to any of them. when I spoke with the customer service rep, she said that "they get too many e-mails to respond." what is the point of having an e-mail address to contact them then? They are a rip off. I have since used the 30 pack trial and never lost a pound. Once they get your credit card - look out. You have to cancel your card to get rid of them. They take advantage of people and that isn't right.
