Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board, referred in this report as WCB.
I was injured on the job and employees at the Sask WCB have done everything possible to make sure I never received appropriate medical help for my injury.
Physicians and Specialist recommendations for treatment and diagnostic tests were DENIED and I was cutoff benefits and returned to work even though they had knowledge I would suffer further injury, and that returning me to work on the medications I was on were dangerous for myself and the public.
Due to their "COVER-UP" and DENIAL of REQUESTS for HELP from my treating Physicians and Specialists, I suffered a severe work accident which again I was DENIED help for and which has left me permanently disabled and unable to work.
I now am faced with a life of POVERTY and MISERY, as my injuries are being DENIED TREATMENT, and I am on several medications that only give me minimal relief and have terrible side effects that WCB states is not related to my injury.
Everything WCB has done they have done for their BENEFIT: Very little has been done for my benefit; I had to threaten WCB with lawsuit to get an operation that the specialist stated was the cause of my injury and the need for an operation; WCB of course made up lies and only picked a part of the MRI report that they wanted so they could DENY me the operation;
My injury claim file is full of lies and innuendoes designed to discredit the severity of my injuries so they can terminate my benefits and "STARVE ME BACK TO WORK" undiagnosed on medications that are dangerous;
WCB claims they treat injured and disabled workers with dignity and respect, when in REALITY this is an outright lie. They actually treat people like they are enemies. They are ARROGANT and HOSTILE, and won't listen to you. When you try to tell them something they won't let you talk and keep raising their voices so you can't get a word in. If you raise your voice or get loud they call you a threat and lie about conversations so they can DENY you the right to phone them. This is how they further label you as a threat;
This is the WORST ADVERSARIAL ORGANIZATION in Saskatchewan Canada, they frequently deny injured workers medical help, and due to this injured workers needing medical operations are DENIED and are forced to pay for diagnostic tests and operations for work injuries that are supposed to be covered under the workers compensation act.
Due to the way Sask WCB has administered my injury claim, the Saskatchewan Public has had their lives placed in danger. Many others in the same predicament as myself have also been subjected to the same cruel and inhumane " BAD FAITH INSURANCE TACTIC'S", it is just ridiculous how these people wreck lives and get away with their corruption;
BEWARE INJURED WORKERS who have Sask WCB administer your injury claim, because these people are liars and con-artists who will go to any length to DENY you HELP;
WCB hires retired Doctors who are paid exorbitant fees to state you only need physiotherapy when in reality you need a medical operation;
WCB will spend $100.000 on physiotherapy to save $750 so you won't get your injury properly diagnosed and they can just send you back to work injured;
