On Aug 10th I recieved a letter from RBC Financial stating that I had won a sweepstakes and Lottery draw. They also sent me a check for 4, 850 All I had to do was send them a check for 2, 950 for Non Resident Government tax.well I put the check in my bank on Friday the 15th to see what happened. ...
