I too have fallen to the "stall tactics" of this company... FOR 9 MONTHS NOW!!! They keep saying they will ship but the replacement order is never received. The original set of DVD's were shipped in a cheap bubble envelope & were completely SMASHED! I requested replacements be shipped ...
